Rules of Conduct

All distributors and stockiest are bound by the following rules.

1. He/She must be an adult Bangladeshi citizen with sound physical and mental health, who has the right to sign with MXN by his/her own will.
2. Cannot have any type of involvement with any other MLM company while he/she is a distributor of MXN.
3. Must follow all terms and conditions of the company and adhere to any new/changes by MXN.
4. Development Bonus (20% up to 12 qualified generations)
5. Should not cheat or misbehave with any of his/her sales team distributors.
6. Any act that might cause business loss to the company is strictly forbidden.
7. One person can be distributor of only one sales team network. This is also applicable for his/her family members.
8. Company logo, address etc. cannot be used without prior permission of MXN authority.
9. MXN holds the right to deduce Govt. subscribed tax of your commission and pay it to the government as Income Tax according to your TIN number.
10. He/She must notice in advance to close MXN distributorship.

Note: If any person does not follow these rules, MXN holds the right to cancel his/her membership at any time without notice.
